This beginner yoga course will help define focus, strength, flexibility and threshold. level1 is an intricate vinyasa series, linking the body movement with breath. This class is paced so you will learn the basic postures and principle that create a strong yoga practice. Designed to music, this class will activate and energize your entire body while teacher proper technique for your yoga practice to grow. *Non-heated.
LEVEL 1 – INTRO TO HEAT
This is a slightly heated class at 95 degrees. Our intro to heat class will ease you into the heated classes by taking what you have learned in our Level 1 class, by adding little heat to deepen your practice and cure the skepticism you may have about practicing yoga in a heated room. *Mild heat.
LEVEL 2 (HOT)
This is a slightly more advanced class and built off the foundation of Level 1. This class will take you along at a quicker pace with learning more advanced yoga postures and inversions.
ALL LEVELS (HOT)
Students of all levels are invited to join this heated class, including new students and especially anyone who has never been on a yoga mat! Clear instruction is given in breathing technique, warm-up and posture flow. New students will develop body awareness, posture alignment and core strength in basic poses, while experienced students are encouraged to explore advanced variation in familiar postures. Everyone works to his or her own ability and comfort.
This class is a perfect blend of vinyasa yoga flow, resistance training and light cardio to get the best of all training methods. Ideal if you want to change up your yoga practice to focus more on strength. Also ideal if you find traditional yoga challenging for your mental focus and need more movement and music to help you through the workout.

30 MINUTE CYCLE (MILD HEAT)
This 30 minute indoor cycling class includes aerobic and anaerobic interval training. Rides are set to rocking music and incorporate resistance and speed training as well as upper body arm work. We aim to push your cardiovascular threshold to the limits with fun music, black lights, and great people! This is a great addition to your hot yoga routine!
45 MINUTE CYCLE (MILD HEAT)
This 45 minute indoor cycling class includes everything from the 30 minute spin, and adds a couple more dips, jogs, and jumps!
